The IN4 Group Impact Report: 25-26

“I finished university 12 years ago, so the idea of starting again was really scary. But I feel part of a community, and our teachers have been so supportive. I’m now really confident in using Power BI. Every time I come, I feel this amazing energy that keeps me moving forward. Joining this programme was absolutely the right decision for me.” Natallia Fedosejeva MIND Liverpool Participant

PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

“I always thought technology and computers weren’t my area, and I never used AI. Now I use it and feel much more confident. It’s not easy to manage with zero contract work and children, but for a few weeks you can do it. You are more capable than you think, especially with the right people around you who encourage you and explain things in the right way.” Mariana Ghali MIND Liverpool Participant

Delivered by IN4 Group and supported by three strategic funders, including the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA), the Greater London Authority (GLA) and Blackburn with Darwen Council, MIND (Mums in Data) is an inclusive employability programme.

It is designed to address barriers that women often face when returning to work following caring responsibilities or career breaks. The flexible 12-week hybrid programme combines technical training in data analysis, Microsoft Power BI, GDPR, data

governance and compliance with real-world projects, recognised qualifications and personalised careers support. Participants also gain access to employer networks, mentoring and accelerated apprenticeship pathways, helping them build both technical capability and workplace confidence.
