He was a strategic analyst in the Cabinet O ffi ce and has run multi-million- pound budgets within the MOD. He successfully built a business and is a leadership expert. He now leads the EVO Sierra group and is a director at the High Growth Knowledge Company.
Graham’s previous roles included senior positions at leading brands including Habitat and Screwfix. He was also the Head of Merchandising for for Debenhams Womenswear and a Director of Tescos.
