Le restaurant de la cheffe Amandine Chaignot a tout pour plaire. Spontanée, conviviale et vibrante, cette table nous avait manqué. Dans l’assiette, des mets de saison à partager (ou non) sont jovialement dressés. Le ris de veau au jus, noisettes torréfiées et champignons de Paris s’accompagne d’une bouteille de vin précieusement sélectionnée, en provenance directe du producteur. Quel délice, quelle justesse ! Chef Amandine Chaignot’s restaurant has what it takes to please guests. Many people had missed this spontaneous, friendly and vibrant restaurant offering seasonal dishes beautifully presented and made to be shared (or not). Sweetbread in brown butter, roasted hazelnuts and button mushrooms are accompanied by a bottle of carefully selected wine, direct from the producer. What delights, what perfect culinary touches !
