Steve Murray – the new Central Region representative
Steve joins regional representatives team
D uring the past three years, BIFA has rebuilt its team of regional representatives and established regular Member meetings up and down the UK. Many BIFA Members will recognise the value of these meetings where they can come together to hear from a range of speakers on both local and national topics. Regional Member meetings also provide a great opportunity for networking and the exchange of ideas and services. New boundaries Last month the team was joined by Steve Murray who will take on responsibility for the newly formed Central Region to strengthen regional engagement and better support the trade association’s corporate Members across the East and West Midlands. Steve comes to BIFA with
extensive experience in the industry, having held senior leadership roles managing multi- country and multi-functional teams across the logistics and supply chain sector. BIFA Members in the new Central Region will be kept updated but your first opportunities to meet Steve will be at regional meetings this month: • 11 March – Radisson Blu Hotel, East Midlands Airport; • 12 March – Birmingham Airport, The Flight Deck.
