It’s a proprietary blend of ethanol alcohol & purified water that kills 99.99% of bacteria. KleenLine™ BZK Foam Hand Sanitizer is a non-alcohol foam hand sanitizer. The proprietary blend of Benzalkonium Chloride, Silicon Dioxide & Water kills 99.99% bacteria.
