Steve started
working for us in October 1972 at our Doncaster
branch. He specialises in tractors and groundcare machinery. His hobby is showing budgies. His best achievement is being married to his wife Marie for 37 years and his two children Joanne who is now an accountant and his son David who is an electrical engineer working on building substations. He is awaiting the arrival of his first grandchild.
Allan has recently joined us. He has 44 years experience of working in the Groundcare Machinery industry. He was a former chairman of BAGMA (Northern Division). He is a life long member of Morley Rugby Club playing at a national division north.
Carl has worked for the group for 6 years. He started in Parts/Domestic machinery sales and in September 2013 he was promoted to Groundcare Aftersales Manager. He is happily married and has two children. His hobbies include playing golf and going to concerts. Dick Malone Parts Advisor & Health & Safety Manager

Ian Akery Service Technician
Ian has worked for us for 30 years. He became a New Holland Master
Technician last year. He has been happily married to his wife Deborah for 31 years and has two grown up children, his son Miles also works for us and is a Groundcare Technician. His hobbies are caravanning and ballroom dancing.
John started with the company in March of 1983 as a trainee parts assistant, where he progressed to Parts Manager. A salesman position became available which he took on in the mid 90’s for 3 years. A restructure saw him return to the depot as Parts Manager overseeing the Branch. He became Branch/Service Manager in 2006, heading the team as Branch/ Aftersales Manager, which is the position held for 3 years now. His best achievement at work is selling a 1 million gallon permastore water tank to Lafarge cement at Buxton, the first & largest of it’s kind to be constructed in the U.K.
Dick has worked for us for 42 years. He won a cup in 1974 for the Top Apprentice for Nottinghamshire and came in the Top 10 New Holland Service Managers award in 1992. He enjoys D.I.Y. and carvanning. He met his wife Carol whilst working at Platts Harris and she worked for us for 29 years and last year retired. They have been happily married for 25 years.
Chris Shipley Service Technician
Chris has worked for us for 37 years. He became a New Holland Master
Technician at the end of last year. He enjoys motorbiking and walking his dog Pip.
