Selling 70+ Bulls Red Angus • SimGenetics • Angus • Charolais • Cross-Ty XXI MORE THAN A BULL SALE SATURDAY, MARCH 21, 2026 1 p.m. CDT • At the Farm

WELCOME Dear Friends,

Welcome to the 21st Annual Red Hill “More Than a Bull” Sale. We are thankful for all our customers and especially proud that many are REPEAT customers. We are also grateful to those who have shown interest in and followed our breeding program over the years. Our primary goal at Red Hill is to provide practical breeding stock to improve the profitability of our commercial customers’ cattle operations. At Red Hill, we have always developed bulls for optimal structural soundness and longevity. Our bulls are developed slowly on a high-roughage diet to produce fit, trim athletes. We invest the extra time and management to develop these bulls, offering a better product to our customers. Since our first sale, Red Hill has provided the most meaningful EPDs and Indexes in the industry. In addition to breed association data, our herd is enrolled in the “$Profit Share” Genetic Evaluation. This program offers a complete suite of EPDs and the most meaningful Indexes in the beef industry. The $Profit Indexes will be used for making selection decisions in the Red Hill program, and we encourage our commercial producers to do likewise. A major reward of the seedstock business is the opportunity to enjoy the friendship and fellowship of our customers and fellow breeders. Visitors are always welcome to visit our farm to study our cattle, records, and production system. After reviewing the catalog, please contact us with any questions.

RED HILL FARMS COOPERATORS/PARTNERS

COYOTE HILLS FARM (CCCH) – Coyote Hills is owned by the Dal Clark Family, Scottsville, KY. The Clark family has been in the Red Angus business since 2006. The Coyote Hills cattle are heavily influenced by Buffalo Creek and Red Hill genetics. HARDROCK BEEF CATTLE (HBC) – Hardrock Beef Cattle was started by Ronnie and Donna Holman on the family farm in the western piedmont of North Carolina. Ronnie’s son is an integral participant in the cattle management. Today the herd is comprised of Red Angus and red SimAngus cattle. Hardrock Beef Cattle operates on a Kentucky 31 based forage system.

ROGERS CATTLE COMPANY (RCC) – Rogers Cattle Company, LLC started in 2001 as a diversified pasture-based livestock operation and is owned by Johnny and Sharon Rogers. Their herd consists primarily of fall calving Red Angus cows which are mated to Red Angus bulls. Johnny and Sharon strive to produce cattle that thrive on intensively grazed fescue based pastures, as well as have great maternal ability, grow well and have excellent carcass merit.

IF YOUR GOAL IS PROFIT ... SELECT FOR IT! Use the Index that best fits your Operation

$PROFIT Developed for operations that raise their own replacements and retains ownership on steers and cull heifers, which are marketed on a Quality Based Grid. $Profit assumes a bull will sire 100 progeny over his useful lifespan. $Profit Combines all the traits that comprise both $Ranch and $Feeder to yield one number that predicts ranchers’ bottom lines. $Profit Example: = We would expect Bull “A” to produce an additional $5000 of profit to the ranch over his service life ($50 per calf x 100 calves) when compared to Bull “B.” Multi-generational use of $Profit will move both $Ranch and $Feeder in a positive direction, just not as fast as the singular use of $Ranch or $Feeder. • Bull A has a $Profit of $15,000 • Bull B has a $Profit of $10,000

$RANCH Developed for cow/calf producers who retain their own replacements and market 100% of the steer calves and cull heifers after weaning. Traits included in $Ranch: Fertility, Milk, Weaning Growth, Cow Herd Feed Intake and Mature Cow Size $Ranch Example: = We would expect Bull “A” to produce $40 per head increased profit when compared to bull “B” in a cow/calf operation that raised their own replacements and sold all other calves at weaning. • Bull A has a $Ranch of $80 • Bull B has a $Ranch of $40 Multi-generational use of $Ranch will ultimately result in: moderation in mature cow size, im - proved fertility, modest gains in weaning weight, improved stocking rates and ultimately – increased pounds of calf harvested per unit of feed/land resource.

$FEEDER Developed to compare how bulls will impact profitability in the post-weaning phase (weaning to harvest). Traits included in $Feeder: Feed Intake, Post-Weaning Gain, Carcass Weight, Quality Grade (Marbling), Yield Grade $Feeder Example: = We would expect calves sired by Bull “B” to earn $50 per head increased profit be - tween weaning and harvest when compared to calves sired by bull “A.” • Bull A has a $Feeder of $100 • Bull B has a $Feeder of $150 Use of $Feeder in sire selection will maximize Feedlot Closeouts, but with no regard for the cow herd. Thus, $Feeder should be used by herds that purchase their replacement females.

RED ANGUS Age-Advantaged Bulls

This sale will feature the first sons of Fort Knox. After finding Fort Knox in the Leachman catalog and reviewing his video, we decided to attend the sale and evaluate the bull in person. Bart attended the Leachman Sale and, following a thorough evaluation of the bull, determined that it would be advisable to pursue the bull. Fort Knox has adapted well to our fescue environment, and he sheds his winter coat early in the spring. We have been pleased with the Fort Knox calves, and we intend to retain most of his daughters. At Red Hill, we feel like Fort Knox’s biggest impact will be the females that he is leaving behind. Data-wise, Fort Knox stands alone in the Red Angus database; he is in the top 1% for ProS, 6% for HB, and 2% for GM. In the Leachman system, he is 32,582 for $Profit, 172 for $Ranch, 216 for $Feeder, and 3.37 for Fertility. Fort Knox appears to be unique from the perspective of excelling in both Maternal and Terminal traits. Both the top scanning bull and the top scanning heifer in our spring crop were sired by Fort Knox. Plans are to continue to use Fort Knox heavily for both AI and natural service at Red Hill.

A unique combination is a great way to describe 287M. As the first Fort Knox son we will offer at Red Hill, he has cleared many hurdles and improved his data along the way. His $Profit value is currently in the top 0.2% while also being in the top 1% for ProS in the Red Angus Breed. 287M

LOT 1 • REDHILL FORT KNOX 287M

comes from a cow family known for producing high-scanning progeny. 235H’s first two natural calves both scanned #1 within their respective contemporary groups for IMF with a 137 ratio. 287M is in the (0%) for Marbling and (3.6%) for Ribeye within the Leachman system, another unique combination that he has to offer. We are currently using RedHill Comstock 327L (purchased by Jon Keen), a half-brother to 287M. 235H continues to produce superior bulls that rise to the top of our program. 287M has two outstanding flushmate sisters in our fall breeding group. For those who believe in data, this one checks all the boxes. We plan to collect Lot 1 after the sale.

353M is a balanced bull that is moderate and easy-fleshing. Coming from a long line of productive cows, 353M rises to the top when selecting a bull to be a cow maker–$Ranch (166, 0.1%) and Fertility (3.1, 0%). His mother, 217D, is a flushmate sister to 69B, a bull that sold in our 2015 Spring Sale. We had difficulty deciding which Black Red Carrier to sell first. We opted to start with the bull that’s out of one of our very best cows, 208D. 296M is a moderate, easy-keeping bull that brings along many qualities of his mother. 296M is a maternal brother to Eveready, the leadoff Red Angus bull from our 2022 Spring Sale. His brother is making a positive impact at both Red Hill and Mushrush Red Angus. 296M is slick-haired and very adapted to our environment. He ranks in the top 1% for HerdBuilder within the Red Angus breed. Buy 296M with confidence.

M675 is a larger framed higher performing bull that ratioed (106 WW) (115 YW) (121 IMF) (110 REA). He should add performance to a calf crop! He is out of a 176A daughter, G28, who is a long-bodied, light-colored cow with high $Profit values.

RED ANGUS Age-Advantaged Bulls 77K was the top-selling bull in our Fall ’25 Sale, going to the Mushrush family in Kansas. 77K was used both AI and naturally for 4 breeding seasons before he was offered for sale. 77K is a moderate-framed, easy-fleshing bull that adapted well to our environment and has always maintained excellent body condition. 77K has a very strong maternal pedigree. His dam is 34D, a daughter of 176A and the X072 cow that was purchased from Beckton. X072 was still in production last year in Dan Glenn’s herd in Georgia, and 34D is in the Elmer Ulrich herd in Illinois. Both the dam and granddam have impeccable production records and are simply problem-free cows. The 77K sons should sire moderate-framed, highly fertile, problem-free females with great longevity.

These first six 77K sons have been phenotypically superior since they arrived at Red Hill. These bulls have continued to perform well. If you want to make cows that will flat out work and be productive for years to come, do not skip these next six bulls in the offering.

If M611 were a football recruit, he would be a 5-star. At Red Hill, we have an appreciation for high-quality livestock, and this one rises to the top. He is big-volumed, easy-fleshing, and a cow- man’s type. Just like her son, M611, K89 is a moderate-sized cow with excellent fleshing ability. He is in the top 1% for Heifer Pregnancy. M609 is another bull that is extremely impressive. As we were selecting the bulls for the spring sale, this one made his way to the top. Every time we saw M609 in the pasture, we continued to move his number towards the top. His mother, K54, was produced from a flush of Rogers Cattle Company foundation cow F22 with X-Factor. This combination consistently yields cattle that are functional, slick-haired, and highly adaptable to our fescue environment.

The last 77K of these initial six bulls is one that continues to rise alongside the five previous bulls. His mother, J14, is characterized by a tight udder, excellent-sized, and well-shaped teats. Her $Profit (20,354, 3.8%) ranks among the breed leaders, highlighting her strong performance and balanced traits across the board.

047G has been used extensively since we purchased him in the Spring of 2021 from Red American Cattle (FL). 047G has been a sure-fire calving ease sire that is in the pedigree of many bulls in the sale. M683 has the added muscle that 047G offered in a thick and complete package. He is good-footed and out of a 176A cow, G14. She is a moderately sized 176A daughter with excellent fleshing ability and disposition.

443M would be ideal to use on heifers with his CED of 20 (1%). This 264K son has performed exceptionally well. He is sound, balanced, and good-footed. 318K is another young Revolutionary daughter who will have a positive impact on our program.

M622 brings added terminal traits to the table. He was the highest %IMF scanning bull in his con- temporary group, and he excels for $Feeder (190, 1.7%). This bull should add growth and frame to his calves. His mother, J36, has a tight udder and solid feet. Night Focus females are larger-framed but highly productive.

M648 is one of the best 84S sons that we have been able to market. If you want to buy a bull that can build a cow herd, check this guy out. F42 is the mother of M648 and his 3 brothers that will follow. She has worked her way into the donor pen at Rogers Cattle Company. F42 is a highly adapted and productive female. She ranks among the top of the breed for cow herd traits (HB 6%) and consistently delivers superior performance compared to most low-input cattle. She has developed an impressive 107 MPPA.

84S is truly a bull that has stood the “test of time”. He was the top-selling bull in our 2008 sale, going to Buffalo Creek at Leiter, WY. His dam, M554, demonstrated that some cattle from the west could tolerate toxins in KY-31 fescue. M554 was a light-yellow cow with short, fine hair, and she shed her winter coat early each spring. 84S has a STAY of 20, and that is well documented. These 84S sons should sire highly efficient, fertile, long-lasting daughters. Thanks to Johnny and Sharon Rogers for producing these outstanding flush mates sired by 84S.
