Pump Locations There are a total of three Pumps that are used in a Teamwork Match. They are designed so that they are centered between the two Field Perimeters regardless if they are attached to the Red or Blue Alliance side. It’s recommended to attach them to a single Alliance side to make it easier to assemble.
Important Note: Since the Pump pipes go through the netting for both Field Perimeters, it is necessary to wait until the Field Perimeters are assembled before attaching the second circle of the Pump assembly.
The two outer pumps are attached to the vertical PVC pipe, centered between the top and center PVC frame, approximately 90 inches from the floor as shown in Figure 7.3.
The center pump is attached to the middle-horizontal PVC pipe, immediately adjacent to the center 4-way PVC connector piece. It is allowable to connect to either the right or left side of the 4-way PVC connector piece. Figure 7.3 below shows the center Pump assembled on the right side of the 4-way connector piece from the viewpoint of the Red Alliance team.
When tightening the Pump brackets to the PVC Field Perimeter ensure that the Pumps are level.
