DEBORAH HAGGARD, PTA Deborah is a Physical Therapist Assistant at our Shelbyville location. She completed the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Volunteer State Community College in 1994. Deborah and her husband have two daughters. They enjoy back packing and hiking together. Deborah is also an artist and volunteer mentor. Her favorite summer activity is when she is a camp counselor for 16 teenage girls at camps in Missouri and Alabama. Deborah began her employment with Elite Physical Therapy in May 2016.
