Viva Finance exemplifies the mission-driven innovation coming out of ATDC’s Visa-sponsored Fintech vertical. The company offers payroll-linked loans that expand access to fair, affordable credit for working Americans—bypassing traditional credit scores. With strong investor backing and a growing national reach, Viva is tackling systemic gaps in consumer finance and scaling a more inclusive lending model. GRADUATE PROFILE GROUNDFLOOR Groundfloor, accepted into ATDC in 2015, was the first real estate crowdfunding platform to achieve SEC qualification under Regulation A+, enabling multi-state operations. The company, founded in North Carolina in 2013, relocated to Georgia a year later to join ATDC and leverage the state’s Georgia’s Invest Georgia Exemption. In moving to Georgia, the company pioneered a microlending model that democratizes real estate investing for everyday individuals.
