Please contact Joe, Lonnie or Erwin for stalling. You will need a release to get out of the gate. There is also a $30.00 stall charge. Out of state buyers are required to have a health paper to cross state line. See veterinarian before you leave. 12. Commission, Fees and Rates are as follow: We added a $75 no show fee. Any horse or mule in the catalog not brought to the sale will be charged unless they are hurt or sick. You need a vet statement or picture of wound. We discourage substitutes or outs. 13. To Consignors: All horses are sold expected to be sound unless otherwise stated. This is sound on all four feet, no crib, no weaver, sight of both eyes, not a stag, good in air. You will be held responsible due any issues arise. This does not give the buyer permission to go home and do a vet exam. The issue has to be visible. 1 week time limit from time of purchase. Joe or Lonnie will make the final decision.

All horses must stop by the vet going to the sale ring whether you have a coggins or not! Inspect horses and mules prior to purchasing. All guarantees are between buyers and sellers. Boone County Draft & Quarter Horse Sale does not guarantee. We only work as an agent. A halter and lead must remain with each horse sold or we will deduct it from your check. All Cataloged horses will have assigned stalls.
