Continuous Improvement Standard See Implementation at EGR
The MAAG EGR Shipping Team has been greatly embracing the implementation of the Continuous Improvement Standard See , which involves the use of a Daily Tier Meetings. Every day at 9:10 a.m., the team review their prior day's performance on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity. There have been several improvements already implemented, which have resulted in better Customer Experience through an improved on-time delivery and a 50% month-over- month reduction in future orders’ backlog.
These great results would not be possible without their teamwork spirit; they have been flexing their daily agendas, supporting each other to achieve these great results. Sam Hostetter catered Chipotle for all his team members to show appreciation and recognition for their great efforts.
