designed and built the house. Now, if a cabin is not your scene, in this issue we’re also featuring five homes on the market for at least $10 million with an amenity that never goes out of style: wine cellars that are both practical and beautiful. Also in this issue, we have an interview with superstar chef Daniel Humm, whose Make It Nice Group owns New York City’s Eleven Madison Park. Humm gave us his recipe for a morel mushroom and seaweed baked rice that’s a perfect warm dish for cold winter nights. It’s Je ne sais quoi. Inexplicable. Indefinable. Ineffable. All words used to describe something that’s difficult to put into words, so... maybe it’s time you come see it for yourself .
