LOT 245 Chips 4 yr old Black & White Gypsy/ Pony Cross Gelding. Gorgeous gelding that stands 51" and has been Marcus's personal pony for about the last 4 months. Chips is well broke to ride and has seen many hours in the arena, on the trails, or just the children plodding him up and down the road. In the arena Chips rides well and will lope circles both directions on a loose
rein. Chips catches both leads, moves well off of leg pressure, side passing, backs up and always stays soft in the bridle. Smart in tough situations, Chips has seen tarps bullwhips, teeter totters and anything you can imagine. Our girls ride him bareback with just halter and he’s prob seen more foolishness than most of us and he loves it. He’s been ridden on big 90 horse trail rides and stayed relaxed and cool all day. He’s been used to push cattle out of brush, ridden down Main Street, and does well in rough country and crosses logs and water willingly. On top of that Chips has a friendly Puppy dog mentality and absolutely loves children and being loved on. Chips will work for any level of rider from the timid beginner to the older child that wants to take him to the next level. Chips is the ultimate family pony with the mind for the true beginners and yet has enough size that they won’t out grow him quickly. Stands 51" and is broke for most any level rider to enjoy. Kenny has lots of buttons and knows the cues. Ride him everyday or once a month he will ride the same everytime. He is also broke to drive and will lie down and sit up like a gentleman. Mariah Swartzentruber – Lamoni, IA LOT 247 Leo 13 yr old Sorrel and white pony gelding. Pretty pony that is broke to ride.
