RESOLUTIONS COMMITTEE
The 99th Southeastern Province Council took place from March 27 to March 30, 2025, in Augusta, Georgia. This important event gathered members from various chapters to celebrate achievements and discuss the future of their organization. The Resolutions Committee convened on March 28 at 11:15 AM in the Terrace Room of the Marriott Convention Center in Augusta to address significant matters concerning the fraternity. During the meeting, the committee unanimously passed three important resolutions. The first resolution honored Bro. James Freeman with the Elder Watson Diggs Award, recognizing his outstanding contributions to the fraternity. The second resolution awarded Michael J. Dubose the Laurel Wreath, an honor that signifies excellence within the organization. The third resolution commended the host chapters of the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA), including the Augusta (GA) Alumni, Aiken (SC) Alumni, Grovetown Evans-Martinez (GA) Alumni, Pi Xi (Augusta State University), and Nu Nu (USC – Aiken), Silhouettes, for their exceptional hosting of the 2025 Southeastern Province Council. Harry Arnette McFadden served as the Southeastern Province Chairman, leading the council with dedication and vision. Delegates from various chapters actively participated in the discussions and decision-making, representing a diverse group of brothers. The resolutions were presented and passed during the third business session, showcasing the unity and commitment of the fraternity members.
