ATLANTA (GA) ALUMNI CHAPTER Atlanta (GA) Alumni Chapter Celebrates Senior Kappas with Heartfelt Breakfast Event
The Atlanta (GA) Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. proudly marked its 101st Chartering Day on February 22, 2025, with a weekend filled with service, celebration, and reflection on more than a century of impactful achievement in the Atlanta community. The milestone was commemorated with a series of events that showcased the chapter’s enduring commitment to community service and fraternal excellence. Brothers came together to serve the community through various initiatives, reinforcing the chapter’s core mission of Achievement. The celebration weekend also included dynamic social gatherings that honored the rich history and accomplishments of the chapter. The Atlanta Alumni Chapter was honored to welcome distinguished guests, including the 27th Southeastern Province Polemarch Brother Brian C. Mock and Grand Keeper of Records Brother Kevin Kiles, who joined the brothers in celebration and reaffirmed the fraternity’s ongoing dedication to excellence. This 101st Chartering Day celebration served as a powerful reminder of the chapter’s proud history and its obligation to continue striving for excellence in the community. The Atlanta (GA) Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., in proud partnership with the Atlanta Diamond Foundation, recently hosted a special Senior Kappa Breakfast to honor and celebrate the chapter’s distinguished senior brothers. The event served as a meaningful opportunity to recognize the achievement and lifelong contributions of these revered men. Brother Brent Bailey, Chairman of the Senior Kappa Affairs Committee, led the charge in organizing the event, ensuring every detail reflected the fraternity’s high standards and deep respect for its elders, former Kappa National Silhouette President, Janice Dean, added a touch of elegance and grace to the occasion by providing beautiful decorations and by Brother Lee Chester, whose support was instrumental in the breakfast’s success as it was held at his educational facility Treasure’s Box. The senior Kappas, who have long served as pillars of the chapter, were pay tribute to not only for their past achievements but also for continuing to inspire the next generation of leaders within the fraternity. The Atlanta (GA) Alumni Chapter proudly celebrates the election of Brother Anthony B. Clark, Polemarch of the chapter, to the Southeastern Province Alumni Board of Directors (GA).
Brother Clark, a 1988 initiate of the Morgan State University Chapter, The Alpha Iota of Kappa Alpha Psi and a 14-year member of the Atlanta (GA) Alumni Chapter, brings a wealth of leadership experience, vision, and commitment to this new role. With a deep sense of pride and responsibility, Brother Clark has expressed his honor to serve as part of the 27th Administration representing all brothers across the state. He is committed to making the Kappa experience fruitful, meaningful, and impactful for every member. Brother Clark aims to champion enhanced communication, operational excellence, and a strong culture of accountability.
