HOLIDAY STRESS & ANXIETY The holidays are fun, but they can also be overwhelming.

Here are simple ways to stay calm:

• Take deep breaths when you feel stressed.

• Take short breaks when your mind feels crowded.

• Talk to someone you trust if you’re worried

• Remember: asking for help is a strength. Be a Leader in Your School

• Choose kindness every day.

• Support classmates who seem upset or alone.

• Use your voice to make your school a safer place.

You matter. Your choices matter. Be the reason someone feels safe.
