The North Carolina Coaches Association, sponsor of the East-West All-Star Games and Coaching Clinic, has grown its membership into the thousands in 75+ years. Last year’s total topped 7,260 members. Beau WILLIAMS East head coach just completed his 15th season as the head football coach at Jacksonville High where he has compiled a career record of 115 - 16 … his teams have made 13 state playoff appearances … he has previously served as an assistant coach in the 2016 NCCA East-West All-Star Game and in the Shrine Bowl … he previously coached at New Bern High and Scotland County High … born in Greenville, NC … 1994 graduate of New Bern High where he played football and baseball … 2000 graduate of East Carolina University … 2004 degree in Health Education … coaching in the all-star game “is a great honor.”
East assistant coach just completed his 19th season as the head coach at Northside– Pinetown High where he has compiled a career record of 97-127 … his team have won 3 conference titles and made 17 state playoff appearances, including being 2020/2021 State Championship runners-up … 4-times named Conference Coach of the Year … currently also coaches softball, where his teams have 3-times been state championship runners- up, and has previously coached basketball and baseball … born in Wilmington, NC … 1989 graduate of Bath High … 1993 graduate of East Carolina University … of coaching in the all-star game: “It is an honor.” Keith BOYD
BJ FRAZIER East assistant coach just completed his 8th season as the head coach at East Carteret High where he has compiled a career record of 43-43 … his teams have won two conference titles and made 7 state playoff appearances … twice named Conference Coach of the Year … previously served as a graduate assistant coach at Appalachian State University and as the defensive back coach at Woodruff High … also coaches track and field where his teams have twice been state runners up and he has coached 9 individual state champions … born in Beaufort, NC … 2006 graduate of Beaufort High where he played football, earning All- Conference and team MVP honors and was a National All- Star Bowl participant, was named All-Conference in basketball, and was named All-Conference and was state runner-up in track and field … 2010 graduate of Appalachian State University … he also played in the Canadian Football League … “It’s an honor to coach in the NCCA East-West All-Star game. Juan JACKSON East assistant coach just completed his 5th season as the head football coach at his alma mater Hunt High where he was star running back in the early 80’s … played in the East-West All-Star game in the summer of 1984 … career record of 34-19 in 5 seasons … his teams have won two conference titles and made 5 state playoff appearances … named 2021 & 2023 Quad County Conference Coach of the Year.
