Angela Lambert Angela Lambert is a seasoned leader in mission integration, community engagement, and event strategy with more than 25 years of experience across healthcare and corporate sectors. She currently serves as Senior Director of Mission Integration and Formation at Our Lady of the Lake Health. Angela’s career path has blended her expertise in events, communications and ministry, with past roles including Director of Events for the Allstate Sugar Bowl and Director of Marketing and Communications at Our Lady of the Angels Hospital. Passionate about faith, development and making a lasting impact, Angela is committed to her personal mission of making Heaven crowded and leaving people better than she finds them.

Rachael Fricke Rachael Fricke is a healthcare innovator and experience strategist with more than 25 years of leadership at the intersection of hospitality and healthcare. As President of Guaranty Health Solutions (GHS), she partners with health systems, urgent care operators, and specialty providers nationwide to design growth strategies that feel less transactional and more human. Her work is driven by a simple but radical belief: every patient deserves to feel like a valued guest. Under her leadership, GHS has redefined what it means to grow in healthcare—building patient journeys that are intentional, marketing that inspires trust, and experience programs that measure what matters most. Rachael’s vision for GHS was born from both professional expertise and personal experience. After walking through her mother’s cancer journey, she saw firsthand that while clinical care may be strong, the patient experience often lacks the empathy and clarity that hospitality provides. That insight became the foundation of her mission: to make hospitality the new standard in healthcare. Throughout her career, Rachael has led transformative initiatives across marketing, patient engagement, and telemedicine, building reputations for

Meg Kling Meg Kling serves as the Director of Marketing and Media for the Louisiana Firefighters Foundation, where she works to amplify the Foundation’s mission and message across the state. Originally from New York, Meg moved to Baton Rouge to pursue a career in firefighting, answering the call with a drive to serve. Now with almost 15 years of fire service experience, she holds a full-time position as a Public Information and Education Officer for a local fire department while managing statewide outreach and media for the Foundation. Meg’s true passion lies in community risk reduction—empowering residents with life-saving education and ensuring first responders are supported through strong messaging and public engagement. She holds a bachelor’s degree in music performance and is currently earning her master’s in Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Management. Meg is also an Advanced Public Information Officer, Advanced EMT, Child Passenger Safety Technician, and certified Fire and Life Safety Educator. A devoted wife and mom, Meg shares her home with three dogs and fosters for Licking For Love Dog Rescue. Whether it’s behind the mic, at a news conference, or in the classroom, she is committed to making Louisiana safer—one story, one strategy, and one connection at a time.
