Clubs Tasmania will support grassroots clubs in 2023 via the following initiatives:
• Network working sessions and expo in the North & South of the state for all the sporting sector.
• Stay informed by registering for our free newsletters, magazine, webinars and digital platforms – is your club connected to our network of 800 clubs? • We know volunteers underpin the grassroots club sector. Contact us on 1300 125 827 and let us help you ‘think differently’ about overcoming some of the barriers and challenges for club volunteers • Grants Writing Workshops have been well received and in February 2023 we have eight sessions scheduled across the state with Tas Community Fund running these sessions. • Access our sports taping and injury care, education, and prevention workshop for collision sports – free for grassroots sports clubs.
• We hope to be rolling out our “Asthma Education program “where everyone will learn the importance of asthma in young kids playing sport.
• Mental First Aid Courses will be carried out across the state.
• Our ‘Growing the Game’ initiative with the Migrant Resource Centre can help smaller SSO’s attract funding to build capability, increase operational effectiveness and grow participation • Engage with our calendar of events, regional forums and networking events on key issues, best practice and emerging trends, impacting the sector

North Melbourne Kangaroos invite lovers of the AFL to join us in 2023 to watch the mighty Kangaroos go into battle at Blundstone Arena. A range of Corporate Hospitality options are available which provide a first-class view of the action, along with premium food and beverage service throughout the match. Options range from corporate boxes through to large group functions, catering for individuals through to groups of up to 60 people.
