Trademarks
If a company or program is trademarked ™ or has made the application to a registered trademark ®, use the mark on the first mention at the end of the name and it then can be left off of further usages on the page. A registration mark ® is option r on the Mac keyboard and TM is option 2 on the Mac keyboard. The TM needs to be superscript and half the point size. When it comes to HudsonAlpha materials and communications, the marks can be referenced from the list below. The logo, names and all graphics of HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology are all copyrighted by HudsonAlpha. Use, reproduction, copying, or redistribution of trademarks without prior written permission of the legal department of HudsonAlpha is prohibited.
