For the first time, YOU our readers and parent community voted on our 2021 Cover Kid finalists. Your chosen finalists were each interviewed by a panel of local leaders. Featured on this month’s cover, Myles was the winner for the 10-12 age group, but we were so impressed with all of our finalists that we wanted to introduce them to you here: Congratulations to our Cover Kid finalists, ages 10-12!
Falyn, 10 Falyn attends Mustang Schools and loves gymnastics, drawing and spending time with her family and dogs. She is the daughter of Jacquie and Jesse & Kara. Her favorite place to visit in OKC is Factory Obscura.
Avery, 12 Avery enjoys cheering on the OKC Thunder, playing soccer, reading, crafting, sewing and making movies. She attends Edmond Public Schools and is intent on spreading kindness wherever she goes. She is the daughter of Melissa and Robert and sister of Olivia and Brittney.
Ingrid, 12 Artistic and studious, Ingrid sings, takes guitar, musical theatre and dance classes and enjoys art, reading and roller skating. She attends Classen School of Advanced Studies and is the daughter of Jessika and Elco and the sister of Itzel.
Ariana, 12 Ariana loves arts and crafts, has been dancing since she was 3 years old and is always up for a stroll at Scissortail Park. She attends Edmond Public Schools, is the daughter of Pam and Jason and the sister of Maddox.
