experienced players explore strategy, tactics, checkmate patterns, and endgames. Activities will include interactive lessons and problem-solving activities with ample time allotted for supervised open play. This program will help your child develop higher level thinking skills such as concentration, memory and pattern recognition that are valuable inside and outside of the classroom. Explorer Zone staff will chaperone students to and from any HCER after school activity. Session 1: Mondays | January 27 - March 10 (no class 2/17) Session 2: Mondays | March 31 - May 12 (no class 4/21) East Woods Intermediate School After School Lacrosse Grades K-5 Instructor: Jump Start Sports Fee: $120 Students will learn the fundamentals of lacrosse,
professionals, fashion educators & led by current fashion university students from Kent State University. This winter we will create a fashion line from concept to collection. The students will decide the theme and work as a team to create their designs. We teach them step by step and lead them through the process. including: passing and catching; fielding ground balls; cradling; spacing and positioning; and defense. Students will be divided by gender and age to play fun games and scrimmages and enjoy the fast paced action of the game. Plastic sticks and soft balls will be used. No checking will be permitted! No helmets or shoulder pads will be used. All equipment
