training on a red-eye flight, and the minute I got home, I started the process of getting my real estate license. After I got my license, I was a Realtor for Keller Williams and Experience Real Estate for approximately six years before I started working for my dad at Smart Real Estate Coach in 2014. While I thoroughly enjoyed being a Realtor, working with the rest of our team coaching our Associates through their own deals has been a far more positive and rewarding experience than I ever had working as an agent. Although many of the roles in our company overlap and each team member tackles a variety of tasks, I specialize in marketing our properties, facilitating relationships with new Associates, and educating them on buying and selling on terms. I also specifically work with lease purchasers to get them on the path to homeownership. Over time, I find myself frequently thinking about the path I took to get where I am now. But with my birthday rolling around, I feel more and more thankful for the life I’ve lived, the career I’ve earned, the Associates I’ve met, and the wonderful family I get to work with every single day.
