Priority Leader Champion of priority, representing many goals. Collects quarterly summaries of work completed for each goal. Participant in crafting actions that meet measurable outcomes.
Goal Leader
Action Leader
Staff assigned to champion a goal. Coordinate & facilitate meetings to identify actions, summarize quarterly progress; report on shared tool; provide status to Priority Leader.
Individual assigned to implement and be accountable for specific action/project based on current positional duties. Next logical step to implement goal. May or may not be on the priority team.
