Contemporary dance is a hybrid of ballet, jazz, lyrical and modern dance styles. It is a ballet-based technique that allows a greater range of movement. This class focuses on centering, strengthening the body, increasing flexibility, improving balance, proper placement, body alignment, fluidity and emotion.

An engaging course designed to help your child feel confident and safe while babysitting, all while introducing them to the world of business and entrepreneurship. The three-hour class will help your child learn to think like a babysitter, build a babysitting business, understand the stages of child development and learn first aid and CPR. Each child leaves with a completion certificate, their workbook, a first aid kit, and an American Heart Association CPR completion card.
