Barre FX is a fun innovative way to work out. This comprehensive total-body workout incorporates major muscle groups in a unique way that reshapes the whole body. These exercises challenge the body’s strength, endurance and increases overall fitness. Our fat burning format will lift your derriere, trim hips, tone legs, flatten abs, shape arms, and elongate the appearance of your body in record-breaking time. Introduction to Qigong Instructor: Ana Marie Carrillo

Qigong, a traditional Chinese mind-body practice focusing on the integration of life force energy to bring beneficial effects at physical and emotional levels. It uses posture, gentle, slow and powerful movements that when coordinated with breathing lead (over time and practice) to multiple benefits. This class will also offer stress management strategies for emotional resilience and wellbeing. It requires no special equipment or clothing.
