3.1. Preparation: All surfaces should be clean, sound, dry and free from any materials that could affect the adhesion of the materials to be applied. Refer clauses 400-711A as appropriate 4. Initial coats: Crown Trade PX3 All Purpose Primer (solvent borne) or Crown Trade PX4 All Purpose Primer to all bare areas, then bring forward primed areas with Crown Trade Full Undercoat 4.1.
