My husband and I were inspired by our vintage plastic pumpkin collection

and classic candy corn when making these easy and fun candy garlands. To make our wrapped

candy garland, we used bath tissue and paper towel rolls cut to the same size and decorated them with tissue paper, craft tape and clear gift wrap. For the candy corn garland, we used a
