KUNDALINI YOGA IS A PRACTICE THAT UTILIZES BREATH, INTENTIONAL MOVEMENT, AND MEDITATION TO FORTIFY THE BODY, MIND, AND SOUL. IT DOES THIS BY INCREASING ENERGY, CALMING THE NERVOUS SYSTEM, AND CLEARING THE MIND. JOIN KIM MUNCIL FOR A THREE SESSION SERIES OF EXPLORING THESE TOOLS AND ITS EFFECTS ON THE BODY. NO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED.
Saturdays 3/9, 3/16 & 3/23 9:00 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.
The first session on 3/9 is FREE to the Community! All other sessions require a valid recreation center membership.

FRIDAYS 3/8, 3/15 & 3/22 9 A.M. - 10 A.M. AT THE SANIBEL RECREATION CENTER
THE FIRST SESSION ON 3/8 IS FREE TO THE COMMUNITY! ALL OTHER SESSIONS REQUIRE A VALID RECREATION CENTER MEMBERSHIP.
Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga blanket or beach towel to all sessions. Yin Yoga is a slower-paced, more meditative version of the popular physical and spiritual discipline of yoga. In Yin yoga, the poses are held for a longer period of time (typically three to five minutes) to target the connective tissues (ligaments, tendons, and fascia) rather than focusing on the muscles.
