Choking Training You can simulate infant choking relief on Baby Tyler with back blows and chest thrusts. Baby Tyler’s airway does not allow for foreign object placement. Baby Tyler’s shirt is equipped with a foam pad on the back to protect your hand, and Tyler, when performing back blows Cleaning Properly cleaning your manikins will extend the life of the skins . Please see page 4 for the recommended cleaning processes for WorldPoint Products manikins.

AED Training Can I use an AED trainer with Baby Tyler? Yes, you can use any AED trainer you like with Baby Tyler. And don’t worry about any sticky residue left behind, pads peel off easily with no mess! Find the perfect AED trainer at WorldPoint.com! Airway Can artificial airways be placed in Baby Tyler? You can practice placement of an oropharnygeal airway (OPA), also known as a Guedel airway, on Baby Tyler. Please note, however, that using an OPA will not allow chest rise while giving breaths. No other types of airways are compatible. Batteries What size batteries does Baby Tyler use? Both Baby Tyler and the feedback monitor each use a single 9-volt battery. You may also use a rechargeable 9-volt battery. When to change the battery: Replace the battery for the torso or monitor when the green light turns red. If the regular green light appears dim, this is also a sign that your battery needs to be replaced soon.

Does Baby Tyler have a clicker? No, there is no clicker feedback on Baby Tyler.
