GETTING STARTED
Setting up your manikin Important Note: If you have a new manikin, the serial number on the back of the manikin will match the serial number on the corresponding monitor.
1. Take all items out of the box. 2. Unwrap any plastic around the manikin(s), CPR feedback monitor(s), transport bag, lungs, and other manikin accessories. 3. Take the CPR feedback monitors and batteries out of the cardboard box(es) and recyle the boxes.

1. Remove the battery covers with a Phillips-head screwdriver. 2. Insert one 9-volt battery into the back of your manikin and one into the back of the corresponding monitor. 3. Press the power button on the lower left corner of the monitor; the monitor will light up. The monitor is powered on when the light next to “Monitor” is illuminated in green. 4. Press down hard & all the way on the manikin’s chest to turn it on. A beep indicates that the torso has paired with its monitor; confirm by checking that the light next to “Torso” is illuminated in green. If the Torso light is not illuminated, the manikin and monitor are not paired; see troubleshooting steps below. Note: Monitors turn off after 2 minutes of inactivity; the torso will “go to sleep” after 34 seconds of inactivity. You will need to turn the monitor back on to continue your training session.
