They originally rented 60,000 s/f and this year expanded into the remainder of the building, now occupying 112,000 s/f They plan to have 75 employ- ees at the facility. The building is located at 10551 Decatur Road in Philadelphia. The rental payments over the term of the lease is approximately $2.9 million.
