Gentle Hatha & Yoga Nidra with Kelly 16 years & up Gentle movement, breath connection, and stillness. Lengthens muscles, releases stiffness in your joints, and links movements with your breath. These physical movements will be slow and gentle, and explore postures that are seated, standing, and reclined with lots of time for transitions. Finish with a guided sleep meditation to release tension from mind and body. Modifications will be offered to ensure this beginner friendly practice is accessible to most bodies.
