The Pinehurst app and website is how you can make dining, court, and event reservations, check out the member roster, update your profile, pay your statement, review Club documents, and stay up to date! Please turn your notifications on in the app so we can keep you updated on the most recent happenings.

Clubhouse Dining General Info
Making a Dining Reservation Making a reservation in advance is greatly appreciated and provides the dining staff with the opportunity to provide the best service to Members and their guests. Members can reserve tables in the Family Grille, the pool patio, and Mount Evans Steakhouse. Bogies is an a first come first serve basis and does not accept reservations. Reservations are not required for dining but are highly encouraged for the Family Grille & Mount Evans Steakhouse. Reservations can be made under the “Dining” button on the Pinehurst app or the “Reservations” tab on the website. You may also call the Clubhouse main line at 303-985-1551, between the hours of 8:00am and 8:00pm, and the receptionist will be happy to make your reservation for you. Lunch and dinner are served in the Clubhouse Tuesday through Sunday. Dining hours vary throughout the year with increased hours during the summer season. Members are welcome to enjoy food and beverage service in Bogies, the Family Grille, or the Mount Evans Steakhouse. In addition to food and beverage service in the Clubhouse, the Oasis, located at the swimming pool, provides service every day during the summer season, weather permitting. The 9 Hole Diner, located on the ninth hole of the Maxwell, provides service every day of the week during the summer season, weather permitting. Please consult your weekly PineNeedle newsletter, or the Club website for specific hours of Clubhouse food and beverage service.
Food Minimum A $150 per-quarter food minimum will be applicable to all membership types. If this amount is not reached at the end of the quarter period, the remaining balance will be billed.
Dining Charges A ticket for food, beverage or miscellaneous charges must be signed by a Member for each purchase. The Club operates on a charge only basis and your membership number and signature are required.
Service Charge A 20% service charge is added to the total of each dining check. Pinehurst will keep all the service charges to help offset the commitment we have made to a higher, consistent hourly wage for our service staff. Should your server provide an exceptional experience, and you wish to leave a gratuity for them, they will receive 100% of that gratuity. Gratuities are encouraged but not required. Outside Food and Beverage Members are not permitted to bring food or beverages on the Club premises at any time. The only exception is personalized birthday and wedding cakes when approved through the Director of Events. According to state law, Members are not allowed to take alcohol off the Club premises at any time.
Dining Venues
Bogies Bogies, a favorite of Members from the day it was established in 2002 with the renovation of the Clubhouse, is where everyone knows your name. A sports bar feel with rich, dark wood and color, a large bar in the center of the room, and televisions to enjoy every sporting event. A comfortable large outdoor patio area invites you to sit down and stay awhile. Casual attire is suggested; denim is allowed. Children under the age of 17 are allowed in Bogie's with parents until 2:00pm.

The Patio
The poolside patio dining area, overlooking the blue water of the Pinehurst pool, provides the perfect place for Members to enjoy the season in a cool and comfortable atmosphere. Our poolside patio is open in May and closes at the end of September. Dress codes require appropriate, casual attire, denim is allowed; cover-ups must be worn with swim attire.
Mount Evans Steakhouse overlooks the swimming pool and the poolside patio and provides a comfortable environment with a traditional feel to enjoy all seasons. This venue features an exclusive menu, featuring Wagyu steak, oysters, and other high quality dishes with the best prices for our Members. Open Thursday through Saturday night, 5:00pm until 9:00pm. Outdoor Dining
9 Hole Diner Half way through your 18 hole game, you will see a convenient way to place an order at the 9 Hole Diner! Here you can order the Member favorite Smash Burger, a beer, a smoothie, and many other choices!
After a long day in the sun, what’s better than a poolside snack? Located next to the pool deck, the Oasis offers fresh made food to order, including wings, burgers, salads, ice cream, and more! The Oasis

Dress Codes
Clubhouse It is unreasonable to expect every possible type of attire to be covered in the following guidelines. However, it is expected that Members and their guests will ensure their attire is clean, neat, in good repair and conforms to the conventions and traditions of a fine private Club. It is the Members’ responsibility to inform their guests of the Club policy regarding suitable attire. The entire Clubhouse area, including patios, will be considered the “Clubhouse Areas” for the purposes of describing the proper attire for Members and their guests. Persons inappropriately attired for the Clubhouse Areas will be asked to change their clothing or leave the Clubhouse Area. Simply, please “Dress Appropriately.” Appropriate denim jeans, slacks or shorts are allowed in all dining and Clubhouse areas. Denim is not allowed in the golf areas of the Club, i.e. golf course, practice range or putting green. Overalls are inappropriate anywhere on the Club property. Tank tops of any kind are not appropriate. Slacks, pants, and shorts are to be worn around the waist, not slung low over the hips. Swimwear, when worn under proper cover-ups, is allowed on the Poolside Patio. Hats are allowed in Bogies, Family Grille, and patio dining area only. Caps (such as baseball and golf caps) must be worn with the bill facing forward. Shoes must be worn in all Clubhouse areas at all times
Golf
On Course Restroom Code: 1551
The Championship Maxwell 18-Hole Course, the Pfluger 9-Hole Course, the two putting greens, the chipping greens, and the practice range will be considered “Golf Areas” for purposes of describing the proper attire for Members and their guests. Men Golf shirts with collars, including mock collars. Slacks or Bermuda length dress shorts, worn high around the waist. All headwear must be worn properly with the bill facing forward Jeans or any color of denim are not permitted. Running, tennis, athletic, or warm up attire is not permitted. Proper footwear is required. Sandals, except those designed for golf featuring soft spikes are not appropriate for wear in any golf areas. Women Blouses or golf shirts, including mock collars with sleeves. --Tops must not show the individuals midriff. Sleeveless shirts are permissible with a collar only. Slacks, skirts, and shorts must be worn high around the waist and no higher than midthigh. All headwear must be worn properly with the bill facing forward. Jeans or any color of denim are not permitted. Running, tennis, athletic, or warm-up attire is not permitted. Proper footwear is required. Sandals, except those designed for golf featuring soft pikes are not appropriate for wear in any golf areas. Violators of the dress code will be informed of their offense by either a letter from the Golf Committee or by Pinehurst staff. A second offense will be referred to the Disciplinary Committee for review.
Pool
Both one and two-piece suits, swim trunks, and board shorts are appropriate; however, “thong” or “French cut” type bikinis are not considered proper swim attire. Failure to adhere to this guideline will result in being asked to change, wear a cover up at all times, or being asked by a manager to leave the premises. Members walking to and from the Pool Areas and using the Tennis Area may feel free to wear clothing that is appropriate to those outdoor areas, but they should be mindful of the Clubhouse restrictions. Swim attire is never appropriate on the Dining Patio or within the Clubhouse except in the Locker Areas.
Fitness & Racquets Shirts and closed toes shoes are required, at all times. Midriff shirts are not permitted. Tights are permitted. Warm-ups, collared tennis shirts or classic tennis tees, full-length shorts and classic tennis skirts as sold in the Tennis Shop are considered appropriate attire.
