WELCOME OUR AMAZING PARALEGAL, ROSIE!

When we were hiring for a paralegal and met Rosie, we knew right away that she was going to be a great fit. Her heart for people was clear from the beginning. In her first client meeting, we saw a firsthand example of her passion for helping others. During Rosie’s second week here, a client who had been severely injured due to a workplace injury came to our office. He started crying, telling us how much he appreciated what we were doing for him. Afterward, Rosie was affected emotionally. We knew that she understood our reason for being here: People need our help. That’s exactly why we work so hard. Rosie put it best when she said, “With personal injury, you are able to help people going through difficult times in their lives. I’m very glad to be here with Russell and the team, because I want to be able to help people.” In addition to her compassion, Rosie has already been a huge help to clients. As our only team member who is fluent in Spanish, she provides a much-needed service to many of our clients. Her skill has already been appreciated. During her very first week, a client came in who only speaks Spanish, and she was able to help

interpret for him. After finishing paralegal school, Rosie planned to go into family or immigration law, but as often happens, life took her in another direction. “In paralegal school, I was sure I wanted to work for a family law or immigration law firm,” says Rosie. “When I got my first job, I was placed in the personal injury department, and I’ve loved it ever since.”

Outside of work, Rosie enjoys spending time with family and friends. On Sundays, she gets together with her siblings, parents, and the rest of the family to enjoy the day and hang out with one another.

Welcome to the team, Rosie! We are so glad to have you here.
