08:20 Isla finally pulls herself away from the TV and finishes getting ready and I‘m on a countdown to be at school early for the doors opening in 25 minutes times. Everything is always a rush in my house on a school morning! 08:45 Drop Isla off at school and make my way to work for a 9:30 start as I start at this time due to the school run. 09:30 Greet the team and grab a cup of coffee. We start the day with a team talk where we will discuss what our priorities are for the day. We discuss what calls we will be making, how many we are going to complete, and anything necessary to benefit each other whilst doing our branch calls. We also cover other areas of the business anyone would like to discuss; it’s generally very relaxed and informal. 10:00 Look at a selection of branch Facebook business pages and spot any areas of the page that branches need further support on and arrange a call with the branch to see if I can speak to the manager or assistant manager to deliver support and any on-the-spot coaching. I find my calls are very beneficial for the branches as I want them to succeed with the help of any hints and tips I can provide them. The people I speak to often leave the conversation feeling less worried and more optimistic about running their business page. 11:00 Catch up meeting with Natalie (my manager) and Dan (Social Media Team Leader) to discuss any updates or areas of interest my team need to be made aware of that can benefit or impact our support calls in the week. 07:00 My husband wakes me up after he’s been out with our dog, Archie, and says goodbye as he leaves for work. I know it’s time to get up and wake my 7-year-old daughter Isla up and switch on Disney Junior, get her breakfast and school uniform sorted, then I go upstairs to get myself ready for the day ahead. 08:00 Shout downstairs to ask Isla if she has finished her breakfast yet and does she have her uniform on for school as its time to come upstairs to brush her teeth and comb her hair… her reply is “I’ve eaten my Coco Pops, I’m just easting my banana then I’ll get ready!”
