The Holy Mosque in Makkah I have made this work out of my wish to arouse curiosity and awareness of those who don’t know about Islam. In this drawing, there is a space with a black hole whish hides in its center the secrets and galaxies of stars orbiting to brightness and oneness. The bodies which follow the call emanating from the center are fused in light as they come closer to their target. Circumambulation is made around the holy Qaba in enthusiasm towards the center and away
from buildings and areas. The Prophet’s Mosque
Inside the bright section which takes the shape of the Prophet’s mosque dome, themosques all over theworld aremaking its way up to the bright horizon opened by the Prophet’s mosque symbolizes the Liwa of Shafaa, the flowers symbolize the Prophet (PBUH ) , the clouds symbolize the followers ( Sahaba ) , and the trees symbolize the Muslims submitting to the divine message. Al Aqsa Mosque and Al Miraaj Like my two other paintings, I have made this painting using miniatures. Inside the bright taking the shape of Al Aqsa Dome, I have depicted the event of ascension of Prophet Mohamed to the heavens, which highlights the religious importance of Al Aqsa Mosque and the Dome of the Rock to Muslims. In the place of the Dome of the Rock in Jerusalem and above the Rock hanged in the middle of the seven curtains that symbolize the seven heavens, the light of the Prophet Mohamed is emerging. In the front of the wall, there is Al -Burak, which carried the Prophet to Jerusalem.
