My most important trip was to Makaa for Omra . In this holy place, I have reached a state of spirituality and peacefulness. In my painting to Al Kaaba I have tried to express these feelings by focusing on its black cover. While adding some simple details. For me, it is a record for unique moments I have lived. In 2006 I paid my first visit to Al Madinah Al Monawwarah. It was a marvelous trip which added a lot to my experience. In my painting Almadinah , I have tried to reflect my feelings as well as the spirituality of the place by focusing on the style of buildings , and the prophet Dome with its unique green color. In2007, I visited Jerusalem, I have always looked for this visit. All people Muslims and Christians are strongly connected to this place. There I painted the Dome of the Rock with tiny details like birds, different shapes, and its distinguished golden browny color. All my paintings depend basically on photos. What is most important for me is to paint out of personal experiment. Finally, there is something in common about my three paintings, they are eye- caching. Paintings are always unique and distinguished when they are painted out of real experiment. I have really enjoyed visiting and painting the Three Holy Mosques.
My early life was a very ordinary one. Australia is my homeland, I have brought up in an artistic family, as my grandfather was a musician and my father was interested in designs. I have begun painting since my childhood. This had continued along my study years until I have graduated from Sidney University. At 18, I began my search for Islam, spend years in investigation, until god guided me to adopt Islam in 2002. For me, art is a very wide field. In which every artist has his own way and tools. Personally, I’m fond of many great artists, but I did not imitate any of them, because I’m trying to create my own path. Recently, I have visited many countries and began to discover the wonderful Islamic nature.
