Key Performance Indicators • Ensure all areas of the Store are maintained to the highest standards. • Ensure all work is logged, prioritised and delivered against an agreed standard and scheduling . • Manage budget to tolerance of -5% to +0%. • Ensure employee numbers are kept at the required levels and aligned with shift patterns that continually meet the demands of the business. • Ensure all employees have a performance review which contains an adequate assessment of performance and an appropriate development plan in place. • Ensure sickness and absence levels for the sections remain within the agreed company % targets.
