If you need any advice or simply want to discuss your holiday plans call our friendly Reservations team. When you are booking by telephone please ensure that you are given a reference number, as without it your booking will not be valid. Calls to 0845 numbers are charged at a 7p per minute service charge and the network access charge.

CONFIRMATION The holiday is confirmed when a confirmation invoice is issued. For further details please see our booking conditions on page 62-66. OPTIONS For early bookers who do not want to make the booking "definite", we will hold your reservation as an option until the close of business on the following working day. After this, the booking will automatically lapse. This will not always be possible on holidays to Slovenia, depending on your chosen airline. Options cannot be held ten weeks or less before departure. LATE BOOKINGS Any booking made ten weeks or less before departure is classed as a late booking. There are no options available on late bookings, and the full balance (plus insurance premiums if required) must be forwarded to us. All bookings made within ten days* of departure are subject to a £15 late booking fee per person. *Not counting the day of departure. IN FLIGHT EXTRAS On all Balkan Holidays charter flights we offer a choice of in-flight pre-bookable extras. These include first row seats, extra legroom seats, seats together, extra luggage of 5kg or 10kg (22 kg is standard on most of our charter flights) & carriage of ski or snowboard equipment.
