SINGLE-FAMILY HOME AND CONDO SALES CONTINUE TO RISE DESPITE A MODEST INCREASE IN MEDIAN PRICES. The Oahu real estate market saw positive growth in February 2024, with single-family home sales up by 3.5% and condo sales rising by 2.8% compared to the same period last year. When combined with January figures, total year-to-date sales showed a promising increase of 7.2% over 2023. Median sales prices also saw significant year-over-year growth, with single-family homes increasing by 8.9% to $1,075,000 and condos rising by 6.8% to $512,500. Although the median days on the market decreased for single-family homes, condos remained on the market longer than the previous year.
