4. Parliamentary Rules. Roberts' Rules of Order (latest edition) shall govern the conduct of all Association meetings, when not in conflict witlythe Governing Documents or the Association Act. 5. Amendment. These Bylaws may be changed, amended or modified at any time and from time to time,by the Members or the Declarant,in the same manner as the Members or Declarant may change,amend,or modify the Declaration,as setforth in the Declaration.
6. Pronouns. Whenever the context permits,the singular shall include the plural and one gender shall include all.
