The full list of planning applications, decisions, appeals and decisions on appeals can be seen at http://www.fingalcoco.ie/planning-and-buildings/apply-or-search-for-a-planning-application/ weeklyplanninglists/ This is a summarised list of planning decisions for the Rush area, covering w/c 6th August to w/c 3rd Sept 2019. The list covers decisions only. For a list of applications made, appeals, and decisions on appeals, please visit the above website. These summaries are generally on the Council website a month after they actually happen. The following questions were on the agenda for the Operational Matters meeting of Fingal County Council on 12th September. Answers are supposed to appear on their website following the meeting, but this information has not been provided since the meeting on 11th April. Cllr Rob O’Donoghue has tabled the following question:- “To ask the Chief Executive to have resurfacing of the Hayestown Road, Rush included in the Works Programme for the Area?” Cllr. Brian Dennehy has tabled the following questions: “To ask the Chief Executive to carry out emergency actions to cease the recent erratic change in the flow direction of the Brook Stream, Rush as it exits onto the North Beach, Rush. The required works need to be carried out in advance of the added impact of the additional housing currently being built off the Brook Road along with where planning permissions have been passed by Fingal County Council on and around the Brook Road increasing the volumes of water in the stream which will inevitably lead to further damage and erosion on the North Beach?”

"To ask the Chief Executive to outline the timelines i.e. start dates, length of construction time in regard to starting and finishing the Park Road, Rush upgrade?"

"To ask the Chief Executive to provide an update on the planned provision of a footpath as well as beach wheelchair access along the perimeter of the car park at the South Beach Rush?”

Hopefully, the Council will provide answers on their website within a reasonable period of time.
