Dealer Promotion Parameters Based on the point value for all the presets bought by a dealer the following parameters to their orders will apply: • Order of 20 points receives 90 days dating • Order of 30 points receives 90 days dating and 5% discount • Order of 50 points receives 120 days dating and 5% discount • Order of 60 points receives 120 days dating and 10% discount • Order of 100 points receives 180 days dating and 10% discount IMPORTANT: The preset orders can be added to open stock orders, and the entire order will receive the extended discount and dating. Point values are added up for each presets and any loose or open stock items listed in promo worksheet. The next point threshold must be met to reach the next level of extended terms. Rep Contest Parameters The same point totals that are assigned to each preset display will also be used to compensate reps with extra commission spiffs (minimum point total required) and award prizes to the top seven reps. • Reps earning less than 100 points will receive NO extra commission spiff. • Reps earning 100 – 149 points will receive 2% extra commission spiff. • Reps earning 150 – 199 points will receive 3% extra commission spiff. • Reps earning 200 – 299 points will receive 4% extra commission spiff. • Reps earning 300 – 499 points will receive 5% extra commission spiff. • Reps earning +500 points will receive 8% extra commission spiff. For the purposes of paying extra commission spiffs, every point awarded will be equal to $60 of sales. That dollar total will be then multiplied by the percentage level achieved. Examples: • 125 points X $60 = $7,500 X 2% = $ 150 extra commission • 180 points X $60 = $10,800 X 3% = $ 325 extra commission • 400 points X $60 = $24,000 X 5% = $ 1,200 extra commission • 600 points X $60 = $36,000 X 8% = $ 2,880 extra commission IMPORTANT: Extra commission is to be paid only on promotional items, not open stock items (unless specified). Reps can track their progress (point totals and ranking against peers) on their rep home page. Prizes will be awarded for the top 7 point-earning reps (all prizes awarded in addition to Extra Commission Spiffs: • 1st Place = $3,500 Cash • 2nd Place = $2,000 Cash • 3rd Place = $1,250 Cash • 4th Place = $750 Cash • 5th Place = $500 Cash • 6th Place = $250 Cash • 7th Place = $100 Cash
