The early years were defined by hands-on work— tile, trim, carpentry, and constant motion.

“My husband was physically doing most of the work in the beginning,” Ileana explains. “We were completing about 50 kitchens and bathrooms a year. I ran the office, contracts, billing, materials —everything on the backend—while we had one or two carpenters supporting him.” As demand grew, so did their vision. When that clicked, our approach became centered on collaboration and emotional intelligence.” “Emotional intelligence” is not a term often associated with construction, but Ileana sees it as foundational.
