LEGACY BUILDERS EDITION | VOLUME II

A Business Built One Generation at a Time Yet the company’s greatest accomplishment may not be measured in square footage. It may be measured in perseverance. workshops, hobby spaces, RV storage buildings and detached structures that often rival custom homes in both complexity and craftsmanship.

Andrew grew up inside the business.

His earliest responsibilities were simple— cleaning jobsites, picking up trash, helping wherever he could. Over time, he graduated to working alongside crews in the field and learning the trade from the people who had helped his father build the company. Like many family businesses, there was an assumption that the next generation would eventually find its place.

But life rarely follows a straight line.

For Andrew, the years that followed brought addiction, homelessness, arrests, and the loss of custody of his child. By his own admission, he found himself further from the business and further from the person he wanted to become.
