Terry describes the company as the first piece of a much larger ecosystem designed to create economic opportunity while reducing unnecessary waste. The long-term vision includes a network of interconnected business units capable of supporting one another through shared resources, shared customers, and shared purpose. Estate sales, resale operations, material recovery, cleaning services, landscaping, and construction partnerships all have a role to play within the model he is building. Rather than operating as isolated businesses, each division is intended to strengthen the next. Revenue generated in one area helps create opportunities in another, while materials remain in circulation longer before ultimately reaching a landfill.
Physical labor, time outdoors, breathwork, and purposeful work became important tools along that journey. Over time, he discovered that having a mission often provided clarity during periods when answers were difficult to find. "If I know what the mission is," he says, "then I work the mission."
