“It really validates what we’re doing,” Rubin says.
But awards are not what keeps her focused.
“Ooh, growth and scalability,” she says when asked what excites her most about the future. The company now sits at what she describes as a pivotal stage — no longer a startup, but not yet operating at the scale she ultimately envisions.
