One of the most surprising aspects of Richard's story is his refusal to stop learning. Learning Never Stops Despite decades of experience, multiple degrees, industry leadership positions, and national recognition, he remains a student. He regularly lectures at the University of Florida's business school and remains actively involved with engineering programs. He attends classes. He listens. He asks questions.
